FOUNDER/PRESIDENT

DeVona Reese, a native of Greensboro, North Carolina, established Mission Minded Mission Focused out of a deep commitment to service and global impact. With nearly a decade of experience leading mission efforts, DeVona Reese brings both professional expertise in research and a purpose-driven approach to addressing the complex needs of children living in poverty and instability.

INTERNATIONAL MISSIONS COORDINATOR/VICE PRESIDENT

Emily Hill has been a teacher and instructional coach with the Charlotte Mecklenburg School system for 19 years. Emily Hill is a devoted and compassionate speaker dedicated to empowering women and children on their spiritual journey towards healing and realizing their divine potential. With a heart overflowing with love and a passion for mending broken souls, Emily has been a guiding light in various corners of the world, including Uganda, Haiti, Jamaica, Peru and South Africa. One of her achievements includes the creation of a children's curriculum designed to heal the orphaned spirit and nurture a sense of sonship among young souls at an orphanage in Uganda.

LOCAL MISSIONS COORDINATOR/SECRETARY

Londa Holliday is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health and Biology and a Master’s degree in Public Health, with a concentration in Health Education and Promotion. Her graduate-level research included a successfully defended thesis focused on preventing recidivism for incarcerated women in Clark County, Ohio. She is deeply committed to community engagement and service, and her passion for mission-driven work aligns strongly with her role as a dedicated and purpose-driven board member.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Dr. Marcus Godbolt is a native of South Carolina. Marcus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, an MBA and DBA in Management. He has over 26 years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. His experience includes pharmaceutical quality assurance, auditing, and supplier management. Dr. Godbolt is member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated, which fosters achievement, uplifting communities and developing the next generation of leaders.

BOARD MEMBER

Brandye Bradley is deeply passionate about serving women and children, with a longstanding heart for ministry and meaningful community impact. She previously founded Kindred Heart Ministries, a nonprofit devoted to supporting women and families, and carried that mission faithfully until relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2012. Brandye currently serves with Worth Financial Advisors, where she supports Sherise Jones, CPA, and her team in administrative and business operations. Beyond her professional role, she enjoys helping lead outreach efforts in partnership with the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, where she builds genuine relationships with single mothers and their children.

BOARD MEMBER

Mikola Watson currently is an Integrated Marketing Specialist with Urban One Inc. in Charlotte, NC. Ms. Watson has over 30 years of expertise in radio, advertising, and digital media. Passionate about creating innovative marketing strategies that amplify brand value, foster collaboration, and deliver measurable results. Mikola has been a voice in the community previously working with Piedmont Health Services, which provides preventive health and outreach for all people. She has been a leader in managing projects that have built relationships between patients and community health organizations.

Nehemiah Ragovan is based in South Africa and has a passion for evangelism, dedicated to sharing the gospel and serving communities in need. With over a decade of experience in outreach work, he has committed his life to supporting the broken, particularly individuals struggling with addictions. Nehemiah is driven by a vision to empower people through skills development equipping them to build sustainable futures and generate income beyond high school. His work reflects deep compassion for people and a steadfast commitment to making a lasting, positive impact on their lives.
